Job summary

EY wavespace Amsterdam is offering an Experience & Facilitation Intern position. You’ll help design workshops on AI transformation, support executive events, and create presentations.

The role provides hands-on workshop design experience, exposure to strategic client engagements, and a collaborative environment with experienced facilitators. The internship runs for six months at 40 hours per week, in Amsterdam with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in innovation, technology and business transformation.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and delivery of client workshops and innovation sessions.
• Assist facilitators during workshops and events.
• Create presentations, workshop materials and visual content.
• Support organization of executive events and client engagements.
• Capture insights, actions and outcomes from sessions.
• Help develop new wavespace experiences and methodologies.
• Support day-to-day operations of the wavespace team.

You may be helping design a workshop on AI transformation, supporting an executive event, preparing presentations, capturing outcomes from client sessions or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the preparation and delivery of client workshops and innovation sessions
• Assisting facilitators during workshops and events
• Creating presentations, workshop materials, and visual content
• Supporting the organization of executive events and client engagements
• Capturing insights, actions, and outcomes from sessions
• Helping develop new wavespace experiences and methodologies
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the wavespace team
