EY’s Amsterdam office is seeking a Manager in Organization & Workforce Transformation to guide clients through people-centered change, design future-ready operating models and help navigate AI-driven shifts.

Qualifications

• A relevant master’s degree in Business Admin, Strategic Management, HR, or similar.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in industry or consulting with a people-centric focus.
• Experience in organizational transformation and talent management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through people-centered transformations related to operating models, organizational design, future workforce, talent and skills.
• Build future-ready operating models and organizational design aligned to strategic goals, incorporating skills-based workforce principles and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Help clients navigate the impact of AI, automation and emerging technologies on operating models and talent strategies.
• Contribute to business development activities, including developing OWT propositions, writing proposals and client pitches.
• Advise clients on evolving from traditional job-based structures to skills-driven operating models.

Now is an exciting time to join EY as we grow our People Consulting team with a focus on Organi za tion & Workforce Transformation . This team is at the forefront of helping clients navigate complex organizational change with a strong focus on both strategic and people- centered transformation.

As a Manager Organization & Workforce Transformation you’ll be responsible for:

• Guiding clients through people-centered transformations related to operating models, organizational design, future workforce, talent and skills.
• Building future-ready operating models and organizational design aligned to strategic goals, incorporating skills-based workforce principles, AI-enabled ways of working and talent deployment.
• Help clients navigate the impact of AI, automation and emerging technologies on operating models, organizations design, future talent and skills requirements
• Contributing to business development activities, including developing OWT propositions, writing proposals and client pitches.
• Advising clients on the evolution from traditional job-based structures towards skills-driven operating models
• Deploying workforce planning approaches and talent strategies, including workforce
• Developing and delivering large-scale upskilling programs and academies e.g. around AI, resilience or transformation
• Leading project s ( or workstreams ) from design through implementation, including planning, budget monitoring, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Preparing and facilitating client workshops focused on stakeholder engagement, transformation vision and leadership alignment
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and proactively identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
• Acting as career counselor for consultans in the team, actively helping them navigating their career and development
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services, particularly around Organization & Workforce Transformation

Amsterdam Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas : a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution

• A relevant master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HR, or similar
• Relevant working experience of minimal 6 years within industry or consulting-related roles with strong affinity for the people agenda
• Strong understanding of and experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, organizational design, skills-based organizations, the HR function and/or Talent Management
• Understanding of and experience with how AI is reshaping organizational structures, workforce strategies and talent management.
• Willingness to contribute to the setup and growth of this competence area, affinity with related people consulting competences such as change management and HR transformations
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people-centered solutions
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Team player with the ability to quickly and effectively integrate into new teams
• Experienced in managing stakeholders and client relationships in a dynamic and complex environment
• Able to demonstrate resilience in stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
• Ability to analyze problems and to provide input to insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions for our clients
