Job summary

DHL Group, in partnership with AIESEC, offers an international internship through the Upgrade Program as a business analyst/PMO. You will support day-to-day project portfolio management and collaborate with the finance management team.

Mentorship, customized workshops, exclusive networking spaces, and leadership training accompany the experience. AIESEC will help with the application and placement process, with a gross salary of 1,750 EUR per month and visa support where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement of BPO project management standards (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management).
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive Planview PPM adoption across departments.
• Design governance for resource allocation and time registration, including KPIs and metrics.
• Lead analysis and strategic review of project benefits realization across the BPO portfolio.
• Coordinate communication strategy and prepare executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance meetings with stakeholders.
• Be the point of contact for PPM form requirements for modify/add users.

As a business analyst/ PMO you are working in a team led by the project manager taking up task and responsibilities independently. These tasks are data gathering, data analysis, gap analysis, solution design, testing, stakeholder management, collaboration, convincing and providing purpose to the project stakeholders, implementing change in the global DHL express organization.

Working directly with the DHL Express Finance Business Project Organization (BPO) management team supporting the day-to-day project portfolio management. Tasks will include:

• Leading the enhancement of BPO project management standards, including strategic oversight of Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management.
• Developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption of Planview PPM across departments.
• Designing a governance framework for resource allocation and time registration, including KPIs and performance metrics.
• Leading the analysis and strategic review of project benefit realization across the BPO portfolio.
• Coordinating communication strategy and preparing executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Planning and facilitating cross-functional workshops and governance meetings to align stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Be the point of contact for requirements on PPM forms for modify and add users
