The Post Opportunity Review program was recently introduced to create a simple and structured way to review large customer deals (customer proposals) after they are completed. It helps teams and commercial leaders to understand what worked well and what needs improvement. The review checks the original assumptions, pricing decisions, risks, and the final outcome of the deal. The main aim is to learn from past deals, make better decisions in the future, and continuously improve the deal review process.

Ideal candidate should have…

• Strong analytical stills
• Strong communication skills to work comfortably with different teams and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Has a good knowledge in database management and data visualization; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
• Willing to learn quickly and always look for ways to improve
• Experience or knowledge of the express logistics industry is an advantage
• Degree in business admiration or similar
• Masters degree preferred

• Learn and suggest improvements to the Post Opportunity learning framework newly designed by DHL exports and external consultants
• Create a framework to convert learnings to actionable outcomes
• Understand the major losses and potential losses by referring to opportunity management databases
• Schedule discussions with customer sales managers to conduct structured interviews and conduct questionnaires
• Plot the findings in the learning database (which will be subject to continuous improvements)
• Data design / data visualizations to plot the learning outcomesSupport the Digital Marketing team in planning, coordinating, and tracking global digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the global deployment of projects and initiatives across regions and countries, working closely with regional and local teams.
• Act as a coordination point between global, regional, and country stakeholders, supporting alignment, follow-ups, and information flow.
• Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, rollout trackers, RAID logs, and adoption trackers. Help prepare status updates, dashboards, and presentations for global and regional stakeholders. Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, deployment calls, andreviews, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking. Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating inputs from regions and countries during planning and deployment phases.
• Support documentation of processes, governance models, deployment approaches, and ways of working.
• Help ensure project materials and documentation are structured, up-to-date, and accessible in shared tools and repositories.
• Contribute to basic data analysis and reporting related to initiative progress, adoption, and performance.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reporting, and deployment processes.
• Support the maintenance, organization, and update of documentation for key global commercial and digital marketing programs.
