Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking an AI Architect to define and drive the AI architecture strategy for Allianz Benelux. You will bridge business ambitions with technology capabilities to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions aligned with our long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in enterprise/solution architecture for AI platforms or analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and governance with security and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI architecture framework including principles, patterns, and target-state architecture.
• Translate business use cases into end-to-end AI architecture designs aligned with Allianz standards.
• Design scalable AI solutions selecting platforms, integration patterns, and components.
• Collaborate with business, data, IT, and Allianz stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Drive AI platform and vendor strategy balancing scalability, speed, and cost.
• Promote reuse of enterprise AI platforms and services across the organization.
• Contribute to AI governance and Design Authority processes for architecture designs.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, data privacy, security, and regulatory obligations.
• Provide architecture leadership through ideation to deployment and improvement.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and Allianz Group initiatives to strengthen maturity.
