Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Artificial Intelligence & Data to advise C-level executives and lead transformations from strategy to implementation within Deloitte Private. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for planning, budgeting and delivering high-quality results.

You will help identify opportunities, develop market propositions, and drive commercial initiatives such as workshops and white papers to showcase the strategic value

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7–12+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, AI & Data or technology transformation.
• Demonstrable experience in C-level advising and leading complex transformations from strategy to implementation.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of AI, GenAI, analytics, data governance and data platforms.
• Strong business insight with the ability to translate tech possibilities into measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-level executives on strategic AI and data opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Lead projects in AI, GenAI, data and analytics; plan, budget and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market propositions for Deloitte Private.
• Facilitate commercial initiatives such as workshops, seminars, and white papers on AI and automation.
• Coach and guide junior team members for growth and performance.
