Job summary

DPW is seeking an Events & Project Executive to own and elevate our global events, including DPW Amsterdam and DPW New York, partner activations, and community gatherings. You will take over existing projects like DPW 365, Awards and Side Events, driving improvements from idea to execution.

You’ll work in a fast-moving startup culture, coordinating budgets, vendors, sponsors and speakers, and handling on-site execution to deliver standout experiences in a growing European innovation

Qualifications

• Startup speed and on-the-ground delivery mindset.
• 2–4 years in event management or production, including conferences or large-scale activations.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from concept to execution.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Comfort with on-site and live-event problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects like Awards, Side Events and DPW 365; review and improve them end-to-end.
• Own full-cycle planning and delivery of conferences and community events, from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across stakeholders with short lead times.
• Manage sponsors, exhibitors, startups and speakers to ensure great experiences.
• Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost-efficient operations.
• Handle travel, accommodation, shipping, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate speaker sessions and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Gather feedback and turn learnings into proposals for future editions.
