Qualifications

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating group reservations and event logistics
• Acting as the main contact for confirmed groups
• Conducting site inspections and preparing quotations
• Supporting the operational team with clear event briefings
• Developing your up- and cross-selling skills
• Ensuring all guest wishes are translated into flawless execution
