Job summary

Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is seeking a Banqueting Management Trainee. You will be the right hand of the Banqueting team, ensuring events run smoothly, serving as guest liaison and supporting floor operations.

The role requires availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week, with prior F&B service experience and strong English communication. Amsterdam location offers luxury hospitality exposure and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week (including weekends).
• Experience in F&B service.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist the Banqueting team during events.
• Be the main guest contact throughout their event experience.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up per standards.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support with cost control, complaints and admin tasks.
• Apply LQA standards daily.
