Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is seeking a Meetings & Events Sales Specialist to guide group bookings from first contact to final contract, ensuring alignment with guests’ visions. You will compose quotes, conduct site inspections and work cross-functionally to close deals.

Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus. You’ll join a luxury-hospitality team on Amsterdam’s Dam Square, with opportunities for growth, recognition and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
• Experience in sales or events hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored quotations based on guest wishes.
• Conduct site inspections and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients.
• Maximize revenue through up- and cross-selling.
• Manage correspondence, contracts, invoices and payments; coordinate with internal teams.
