Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Coordinator in Bleiswijk to drive daily warehouse operations, lead a team of around 20 FTE, and ensure a safe, efficient working environment. You will coach and develop the team, monitor KPIs and workload accuracy, and take the lead in the absence of the team leader.

The role offers development through GXO University and a clear path for career growth. Fluent English is required, Dutch preferred; experience in logistics or warehousing, and basic system

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focused and ability to adapt communication styles.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch as a preferred language.
• Basic system knowledge; WMS is not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team performance
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and ensure workload accuracy
• Take lead in absence of team leader
• Build positive working relations within the team and customers
• Support outbound activity, flexing workforce when required
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment
• Participate and identify Lean initiatives on the shop floor
