Zero Motorcycles Inc. is seeking a commercially minded Sales Coordinator to support wholesale expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, bridging sales operations and administration.

You will own hands-on order fulfillment, CRM/SAP workflows, dealer outreach, and reporting, while collaborating with Country Managers to align priorities and drive international growth in the EV mobility space.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales support, commercial administration or business development.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Manage full sales order fulfillment from order release through delivery in ERP/CRM.
• Handle sales documentation and vehicle registration processes (e.g., RDW, VWE) within SLAs.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with Country Managers and track commercial opportunities in CRM.
• Proactively outreach to dealers, distributors, and commercial partners to promote wholesale campaigns and inventory.
• Support Sales and Marketing during peak seasons, market campaigns and product launches.
• Maintain sales dashboards and provide data-driven input for forecasts and planning.
