Job summary

EWT Systems in Amersfoort is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead wind turbine projects across Europe, from planning through installation to commissioning and handover.

You will manage delivery, align budgets and schedules with quality standards, act as main customer contact, and prepare execution and HSE documentation. You’ll collaborate with multiple business units and assist Sales and Legal with project insights in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years international project management experience in wind/energy.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Experience with multi-project environments.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations related to construction.
• Willingness to travel ~15% within Europe.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines.
• Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure a smooth project experience.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including execution plans, HSE plans, reports, and action lists.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different EWT Business Units.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in project management processes and tools.
• Support Sales and Legal teams with project insights and contract input and feedback.
