Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in the Netherlands is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to help advance diagnosis and referral of patients with aortic stenosis across Europe.

You will shape strategy for referrer engagement, own the CATALYST program, and partner with country marketing and medical affairs to improve pathways.

This role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, education programs, and performance measurement to drive sustainable market activation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in Therapy Development or HCP engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for earlier referrals.
• Collaborate with country marketing and field teams to overcome referral barriers.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across a matrixed European organization.
