Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist (German speaker) to serve as the primary contact for a European portfolio, driving service excellence and long-term growth. You will build trusted relationships, manage performance reviews, and coordinate cross-functional responses to client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Account Management, Logistics, Operations or similar customer-facing roles.
• Background in E-Commerce logistics, parcel delivery, or fulfilment environments is preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers across Europe.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead customer performance reviews, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Monitor service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer escalations and coordinate effective resolutions across internal teams.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
• Understand customers' businesses, strategic priorities, and operational requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable service improvements and enhancement plans.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, capabilities, and new service offerings.
• Ensure customer action plans are executed and tracked to successful completion.
