pladis Global seeks a Head of New Product Development Europe to lead end-to-end innovation across biscuits, snacks and related categories from ideation to launch. You will manage a multi-location team across the Netherlands, France and Romania, and partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial teams to deliver a robust pipeline.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical excellence, translating consumer needs into scalable platforms, driving speed to market

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or related field is required.
• Significant FMCG bakery product development experience is required.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and NPD/renovation delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the European NPD pipeline across biscuits, cakes, snacks and adjacent categories.
• Oversee ideation to market launch with stage-gate governance.
• Drive speed to market with agile development and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing cross-location team across Europe.
