Job summary

Refresco seeks an experienced European Maintenance & Asset Service Manager to lead the development and governance of our maintenance and asset management strategy across Europe. You will drive maturity, standardisation and performance improvements through SAP Maintenance rollout and data-driven improvements.

In this senior role you will collaborate with plant teams to stabilise lines, improve OEE, and optimise cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering or production roles within manufacturing.
• Solid experience in maintenance, engineering or asset management within manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading teams or projects, ideally across multiple sites or functions.
• Experience operating in a multi-country and multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of Refresco Europe's maintenance and asset management strategy.
• Roll out SAP Maintenance processes and master data across European operations.
• Improve OEE, asset reliability and cost performance across sites.
• Stabilise priority lines and build local capability.
• Coach maintenance and operations teams to strengthen discipline and problem solving.
