Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, incl 2+ years in PM or process improvement.
• Experience coordinating project teams or workstreams.
• Structured, analytical approach with data-backed reasoning.
• Process modelling and mapping skills.
• Clear communication and ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational challenges in the logistics organization and identify root causes.
• Develop and refine logistics procedures aligned with strategy, compliance, and policies.
• Drive change initiatives to strengthen regional logistics performance from analysis to implementation.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, assess gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
• Build business cases including cost-benefit and ROI.
• Plan and coordinate improvement projects with departments, suppliers and stakeholders: timelines, milestones, resources, progress.
• Identify risks to projects and implement mitigation measures.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions.
