eSUN Europe B.V. seeks an European Logistics Manager to lead and optimize European warehousing, inventory, and cross-border supply chain activities from Tilburg, the Netherlands. You will head a multi-national logistics team, manage 3PLs, and liaise with China HQ to align on freight and IT initiatives.

The role requires 3–5+ years in European logistics, strong ERP/WMS experience, fluent English, and willingness to span cross-border operations within a fast-growing European subsidiary.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or above in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3–5+ years in European logistics, warehousing or supply chain roles.
• Experience bridging China HQ and European subsidiaries is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of European warehouses and 3PLs, ensure cargo safety and efficient inbound/outbound handling.
• Lead warehouse workflows, inventory accuracy, and periodic counts; manage vendor relationships and KPI reviews.
• Head the logistics team: recruitment, onboarding, training and daily management.
• Coordinate European line-haul and last-mile delivery; optimize freight rates and carrier resources.
• Act as HQ liaison for cross-border plans and implement global supply chain digitization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EU laws and formulate annual European logistics budget.
