Job summary

AUO Display Plus Corp. is seeking a highly business‑oriented Product Sales Manager to drive European distributor networks and target enterprise accounts in industrial and retail fields.

You will translate core product capabilities into customer solutions, collaborate with regional sales teams, and leverage Taiwan HQ resources to win Design Wins. You will lead GTM strategies, run workshops for Sales enablement, and work with IPC partners to align roadmaps with European market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IPC industry in Product Sales, Technical Sales, BD or Market PM.
• Familiarity with European IPC ecosystem and operations.
• Excellent negotiation, proposal writing and presentation skills with track record of winning deals.
• Fluent in English; additional European language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Europe channel expansion: develop GTM for distributors and direct accounts.
• Sales enablement: run workshops to empower local sales teams.
• Accelerate pipeline by partnering with Sales/BD; qualify opportunities and submit winning proposals.
• Win/Loss analysis: analyze decision logic and root causes of deals across product features, market positioning, and execution.
