Job summary

Pearl Abyss Europe B.V. is seeking a proactive PR Specialist/Manager to shape media and creator outreach, manage agency partnerships, and drive European PR for Black Desert, Crimson Desert, and upcoming titles like DokeV and PLAN 8.

You will lead a lean Brand Division team across Europe, coordinating with media, creators, and internal partners to deliver high-impact campaigns, event involvement, and compelling press materials tailored for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional Public Relations experience, ideally within video games or entertainment/digital media.
• Agency oversight: experience managing external PR agencies, vendors, or localized contractor networks.
• Media & coverage reporting: ability to assemble qualitative/quantitative coverage reports and sentiment analyses.
• Industry passion for core video games and current gaming trends.
• Proactive media outreach: ability to pitch news and secure interviews independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with attention to detail.
• Established relationships across European games media and content creators.

Responsibilities

• Act as core contact point for European media outlets and content creators.
• Direct and manage regional PR agencies across key European territories.
• Proactively execute cold outreach and press announcements, interviews, and previews.
• Build post-campaign coverage reports, monitor media reach and sentiment, and present data.
• Draft, edit, and localize press releases, media briefs, and assets for European markets.
• Assist with physical and digital press events, media tours, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Brand Management, Community, Social Media, and Localization teams.
