Pearl Abyss Europe is seeking a proactive Public Relations Specialist/Manager to shape media outreach across Europe for titles like Black Desert and Crimson Desert, and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8. The role focuses on building creator relations, coordinating agency partnerships, and crafting compelling PR campaigns.

You will drive communications across Europe, manage press materials and events, and collaborate with Brand Management, Community, and Localization to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional Public Relations experience, ideally within the video games or entertainment/digital media industries.
• Agency oversight or experience managing external PR agencies across multi-territory campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in coverage reports and media metrics.
• Passion for core video games and knowledge of MMORPG/genres.
• Proactive media outreach with ability to secure interviews and coverage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Media & Creator Relations: act as core contact for European gaming media and creators.
• Agency Management: direct and manage regional PR agencies across Europe.
• Pitching & Press Strategy: execute cold outreach, announcements, interviews, and previews.
• Coverage Reporting & Campaign Tracking: build reports, monitor reach and sentiment, track ROI.
• Campaign Execution & Press Materials: draft, edit, localized press releases and assets.
• Event Management: assist with press events and influencer showcases (e.g., Gamescom).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Brand Management, Community, Social Media, Localization.
