Pearl Abyss Europe B.V. is seeking a proactive Public Relations (PR) Specialist/Manager to shape media and creator outreach, manage agency partnerships, and drive PR strategies for the Brand Division in Europe. The role spans multiple markets and titles including Black Desert, Crimson Desert, DokeV, and PLAN 8.

You will lead campaigns across Europe and collaborate with Brand Management, Community, Social Media, and Localization teams to ensure unified messaging and impactful launches.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Public Relations experience, preferably in gaming or digital media.
• Proven agency oversight across multi-territory campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills for coverage reporting and sentiment analyses.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Media & Creator Relations: Act as a core contact point for European media and creators.
• Agency Management: Direct and manage regional PR agencies across key European territories.
• Pitching & Press Strategy: Proactively execute cold outreach and press announcements.
• Coverage Reporting & Campaign Tracking: Build post-campaign reports and ROI metrics.
• Campaign Execution & Press Materials: Draft, edit, localise press releases and assets.
• Event Management: Assist with physical and digital press events and influencer showcases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Management, Community, Social Media, Localization.
