Job summary

REHALL, a Dutch sport and lifestyle brand, seeks an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (32–40 hours) to orchestrate product item creation in XL-ENZ, data quality and link design, production planning and customer communication.

You will manage supplier relations, monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with retailers across Europe, ensuring orders move from factory to customer on time. A proactive, organized mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level working and thinking
• Good communication in Dutch and English
• Experience with ERP/XL-ENZ is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and manage new items in XL-ENZ ERP and maintain product data (colors, sizes, prices)
• Monitor production times and delivery deadlines; follow orders from production to delivery
• Inform retailers and distributors about deliveries and availability; coordinate with logistics partners
• Support inventory management and forecasting; respond to customer questions about orders
• Assist in optimizing internal processes and preparing planning, reports and overviews
