XPENG is seeking an enthusiastic Event Specialist to bring the XPENG brand to life through events and experiences across Europe. You will plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing events, from product launches to test-drive experiences for media and key stakeholders.

The role spans multiple European markets, requiring strong organisational skills, travel willingness and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience in event management or a similar marketing role.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events across Europe including product launches and brand activations.

• Liaise with external agencies, venues and partners across markets.

To strengthen our brand presence and create memorable experiences across Europe, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Event Specialist to join our marketing team.

About the Role

As an Event Specialist, you will play an important role in bringing the XPENG brand to life through engaging events and brand experiences across Europe.

You will be involved in the planning, coordination and execution of a wide variety of marketing events, ranging from product launches and brand activations to dynamic test drive events for media and other key stakeholders.

This is a hands‑on role with a clear European scope. You will work with international teams and partners, support events in different European markets and travel internationally. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment, is flexible and thrives on the variety that comes with organising events across different countries.

You have around two years of experience in event management or event coordination and are comfortable managing multiple projects, working under pressure and finding solutions when things don't go according to plan.

An affinity for cars, technology and innovation is a big plus. A valid driving licence is also highly desirable, as test drive events and vehicle logistics are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Coordination: Support the planning, organisation and execution of marketing events across Europe, including product launches, brand activations, exhibitions and dynamic media test drive events.
• European Event Management: Coordinate and support events in multiple European markets, working with local teams, international colleagues and external partners.
• Project Management: Coordinate event timelines, schedules, budgets, suppliers and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Media & Test Drive Events: Help organise and execute engaging driving experiences for journalists, media representatives and other key stakeholders.
• Supplier Management: Liaise with external agencies, event partners, venues and suppliers across different European markets.
• On‑site Event Management: Take an active role in setting up, managing and executing events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and stakeholders.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and international colleagues to ensure events align with the overall marketing strategy and brand identity.
• Brand Experience: Help create innovative and memorable brand experiences that reflect XPENG's positioning as a technology‑driven automotive brand.
• Administration & Reporting: Manage event‑related documentation, monitor budgets and collect feedback to evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Vehicle management: Manage the European Marketing and PR car fleet.

Your Profile

• Around 2 years of experience in event management, event coordination or a similar marketing‑related role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working under pressure, staying calm and solution‑oriented when unexpected challenges arise.
• A proactive, hands‑on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and coordinating with people across different countries and cultures.
• Willing and able to travel as part of the role.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends when required for events.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
