Job summary

The client is a fast-growing premium electric mobility and technology organization expanding its European dealer network. This six-month contract role focuses on leading cross-functional program delivery, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining momentum across multiple markets from Amsterdam.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in PMO/network development within automotive ecosystems, strong stakeholder mgmt, and a hands-on, proactive mindset in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Network Development.
• Strong automotive industry background, ideally working with OEMs, dealer networks, distributors, or importer organizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A hands-on, self-starting approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
• Experience in dealer network development or dealer onboarding is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where adaptability, ownership, and initiative are highly valued.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate effectively within diverse, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate dealer network expansion projects across multiple European markets, with a particular focus on supporting growth initiatives in key countries.
• Manage dealer onboarding activities and ensure new partners are integrated effectively into the network.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Provide regular management reporting on project status, progress, challenges, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with local sales organizations and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Act as a central point of coordination between Network Development, Retail Operations, Sales, Aftersales, Training, Finance, IT, and Logistics teams.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain momentum.
• Support the continuous improvement of network development processes, governance frameworks, and project management tools.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout all phases of network rollout projects.
• Contribute to the successful expansion of the organization's European dealer network by driving operational excellence and project execution.
