Job summary

Zeekr seeks a Network Development Project Manager to provide temporary support during European dealer network expansion. Based at our Amsterdam HQ, you will coordinate rollout activities with NSCs and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects.

This 6-month contract is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or PMO with automotive background who can quickly take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Network Development.
• Experience in the automotive industry with OEMs, dealer networks, distributors, or importer organizations.
• Dealer network setup or onboarding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer network expansion projects in Europe, focusing on Germany and France.
• Support NSCs in executing network development and dealer onboarding activities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues and dependencies.
• Prepare regular management reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive alignment between Network Development, Retail Operations, Sales, Aftersales, Training, Finance, IT, and Logistics.

The role

As a Network Development Project Manager, you will provide temporary support to Zeekr's European network development team during a period of dealer network expansion.

Based at Zeekr's European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will work closely with local NSC’s (National Sales Companies) and cross-functional teams to coordinate dealer network rollout activities, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution of network development projects.

This is a hands-on 6-month contract opportunity suited for an experienced Project Manager or PMO professional with an automotive background who can quickly take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

This Is What You Will Do

• Coordinate dealer network expansion projects in Europe, with a strong focus on Germany and France.
• Support NSC’s in executing network development and dealer onboarding activities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and dependencies.
• Prepare and provide regular management reporting on project progress, risks, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Drive alignment between Network Development, Retail Operations, Sales, Aftersales, Training, Finance, IT, and Logistics teams.
• Support continuous improvement of network development processes, tools, and governance.

To Be Successful In The Role You Will Demonstrate

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Network Development.
• Experience in the automotive industry, working with OEMs, dealer networks, distributors, or importer organizations.
• Dealer network setup or onboarding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-starting mindset with a strong delivery focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
