Avery Dennison in Europe is seeking a System and Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and drive AI/LLM use cases across manufacturing and operations. You will design interactive learning programs to upskill teams and foster a self-service analytics culture.

You will bridge business needs with IT data architectures while shaping digital workflows and governance. The role offers European-wide mobility and a hybrid setup to suit diverse locations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of data analytics experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
• Proficient in building intuitive dashboards with modern BI tools.
• Hands-on Python/R for AI/LLM workflows is a plus.
• Solid foundation in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
• Fluent English; French or German is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with European site leaders to turn data into actionable improvements.
• Prototype and deploy LLM/GenAI solutions to optimize reporting and insights.
• Modernize daily improvement processes into scalable digital workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear IT data specifications and architectures.
