Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Data Analyst - Europe to turn data from business systems into reliable reporting, meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations across EU operations.

The role collaborates with European Compliance, Customs, Operations and Sales to translate complex data questions into clear insights and stakeholder-ready messages, supporting continuous improvement in logistics processes and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor level in data analytics or related field.
• MBO-4 with relevant experience may be suitable with willingness to develop further.
• Training in data visualization, reporting or Excel is an advantage.
• Affinity with logistics, freight forwarding, customs or compliance processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL and data visualization tools.
• Fluent English, additional European languages are a plus.
• VGB screening is part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical approaches with defined scope and outputs.
• Apply data-quality checks and define standards for completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpret operational data using logistics and customs knowledge to spot misalignments.
• Use Excel, Power BI, SharePoint or similar tools to improve analysis and reporting.
• Provide clear, timely support to European stakeholders on data, reports and findings.
