Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is hiring a Compliance Manager for Europe to build scalable policies, manage regulatory change, and promote a culture of ethics and integrity across EU/EEA operations. You will oversee risk-based programs, training, and investigations in a multi-country environment.

The role covers EU/EEA governance, anti-bribery, data privacy, sanctions, and third-party risk, with travel within Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics and compliance, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions within a multinational organization.
• Knowledge translating regulatory requirements into policies, controls and business practices.
• Extensive EU/EEA compliance knowledge including governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Policy development, updates, and dissemination for EU/EEA operations.
• Screening, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring of higher‑risk vendors and counterparties.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and manage corrective actions.
• Track EU/EEA laws, regulatory guidance, and implement requirements.
• Deliver compliance training and manage whistleblowing and data privacy programs.
• Investigate breaches with audit trails and coordinate with Legal, HR, and IT.
