A leading mobile security solutions provider in the Netherlands is looking for a Compliance Officer to enhance compliance programs and conduct risk assessments across Europe. You will work closely with various departments and have a significant role in ensuring ethical business practices. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Compliance certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel through Europe around 10-20% of your time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Compliance Officer in further maturing our global compliance framework.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments in all BauWatch countries and define risk mitigation measures.
• Develop and conduct training sessions on compliance policies.
