Job summary

Zeekr is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team at our European headquarters in Amsterdam. You will help build, scale, and develop logistics operations across European markets with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and process excellence.

You will own end-to-end logistics flows, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to automation and data quality initiatives while maintaining tight KPI control.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in logistics or related field.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics across markets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This Is What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds.
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations.
• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.
• Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts.
