Job summary

Zeekr Europe, based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, seeks a proactive Senior Logistics Coordinator to build and scale logistics across European markets. You will own end-to-end logistics, coordinate with carriers, resolve disruptions, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong ownership of operations and accountability for end-to-end delivery.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets.
• Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively.
• Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations.
• Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements.
• Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts.

The role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our Finished Vehicle Logistics team. Based at our European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in building, scaling, and developing logistics operations across all our European markets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
