King of Reach, part of the B&S family, seeks a Head of Europe Duty Free to own the commercial strategy and execution across airports, border stores, airlines, ferries, and cruise operators. You will build senior relationships, drive growth, and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-moving, international environment.

You bring 5+ years of leadership in Duty Free or Travel Retail, strong P&L ownership, and a proven track record of above-market growth across European markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in Duty Free, Travel Retail, FMCG or related sectors.
• Proven success leading European Duty Free and Travel Retail businesses.
• Deep understanding of airport retail, travel retail operators and European markets.
• Track record of above-market growth and driving strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European Duty Free & Travel Retail strategy.
• Build senior relationships with travel retail customers and partners; negotiate complex agreements.
• Deliver revenue, profit, and market share targets across Europe; own the P&L.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team with accountability.
• Ensure flawless execution of initiatives and data-driven decision making.
