Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level technical knowledge of the PVA product line.
• Answer direct customer questions and resolve issues via remote or on-site support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, controls, software, and process-related problems.
• Manage and update service tickets to identify urgent customer needs.
• Provide on-site service, installations, and rework support at customer locations.
• Assist customers with application development and process optimization at lab and client sites.
• Share learnings and feedback within the service team.
• Provide training to customers on function, programming, and maintenance of PVA products.
