Qualifications

More than 8–10 years’ experience with a proven track record in business/operational transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
Experience in consumer business industry with deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
Managed large teams or multiple projects simultaneously and developed people skills to guide high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Define an operational strategy and extend to redesigning, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and act as an excellent project manager with industry expertise.
Use strategic thinking and digital technologies to define future-proof solutions for clients.
Collaborate with industry experts to develop innovative and scalable improvements in a fast-changing landscape.
