United Imaging Healthcare Europe seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner to lead our European HR policy framework and scalable systems across multiple countries. You will partner with the European HR Head and China HQ to ensure compliant, business-aligned HR infrastructure and strong employee relations.

The role requires 5+ years of multinational HR experience, deep knowledge of European labour law, excellent written English, and fluency in French or German.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in multinational or cross-border environments.
• Strong understanding of European labor law and practice.
• Excellent written English; fluency in French or German is required.
• Experience building HR policies and systems from the ground up.
• Hands-on mindset with detailed operational work

Responsabilités

• Design, draft, and maintain European HR policies and handbooks across jurisdictions.
• Partner with European leaders to translate workforce needs into HR solutions.
• Draft and review employment contracts and policy documents in English.
• Coordinate with vendors and support HR operations across the lifecycle.
• Support HR system implementation and data reporting.
