Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Global Supply Chain Integration Lead of Europe to accelerate European expansion. You will build supplier relationships, advise growth teams, and shape deals in a complex regulatory environment.

You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, strategic sourcing and risk management, influencing pre-signing decisions and enabling rapid scaling across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably within defense, aerospace, or advanced technology industries.
• Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with European suppliers.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Regulatory expertise in European compliance landscape (FEFTA, Three Principles on Transfer of Defense Equipment, export controls, dual-use technology regulations).
• Broad commodity knowledge spanning electronics, precision manufacturing, materials, optics, sensors, and other defense-relevant categories.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating agreements with Japanese companies.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including total cost modeling, should-cost analysis, and ERP systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and partnership development with European industry leaders.
• Shape pre-contract strategy, scope definitions, and term sheets during international captures.
• Provide supply chain perspective in critical go/no-go decisions with market intelligence and risk assessment.
• Develop regional supply base by identifying and qualifying suppliers across diverse categories.
• Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding for European partners.
• Manage supplier performance, escalation protocols, and capacity planning to support rapid scaling.
