Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Associate Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets to lead annual compensation processes and support pay decisions. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and governance across the EPDM region.

You will apply Korn Ferry Hay methodology, perform market benchmarking, and maintain compensation tools and governance while collaborating with the wider Total Rewards team.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
• Experience using Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology or similar.
• Salary benchmarking and compensation analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• 3 to 5+ years of compensation experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual merit cycle for assigned countries/HR teams and provide guidance.
• Support annual salary range review, data analysis, range modelling, and recommendations.
• Conduct Korn Ferry Hay evaluations and escalate complex cases for review/approval.
• Perform pay equity, market competitiveness, and benchmarking analyses and recommend actions.
• Support compensation projects and improve tools, governance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders on compensation, promotions, benchmarking, and pay decisions.
