Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Associate Compensation Manager for Europe Developed Markets, based in Amsterdam. You will lead compensation programs to attract and retain talent, ensure market competitiveness, and work with HR and business stakeholders.

You will manage annual merit cycles, support salary range reviews, conduct Korn Ferry Hay-based evaluations, and drive pay equity and benchmarking analyses.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience with Korn Ferry Hay methodology or similar job architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual merit cycle for assigned countries and HR teams.
• Support annual salary range review with market data analysis and modelling.
• Conduct job evaluations using Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
• Perform pay equity, benchmarking analyses, and provide recommendations.
• Support compensation projects, tools, governance and process improvements.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on compensation decisions.
