Fuse Energy is seeking a senior development lead to own European data centre projects from market entry through energisation. You will evaluate markets such as the Netherlands, Nordics, Iberia and beyond, coordinating with TSOs/DSOs and regulators.

You will oversee site assessments, financing structures, environmental reviews, and stakeholder engagement, driving delivery while managing risk and timelines across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure across Europe through design, permitting and delivery readiness.
• In-depth knowledge of European data centre geographies, grid capacity, permitting dynamics, and power markets.
• Strong understanding of planning and grid connection processes with TSOs/DSOs and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Own data centre development in Europe end-to-end: market entry to energisation.
• Prioritize European markets by power availability, grid timelines, land, fibre, climate, permits and incentives.
• Assess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectives.
• Develop grid connection and power strategies with TSOs/DSOs and national utilities.
• Structure and support development financing: capital planning, project finance, investor relations.
• Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial and development risks.
• Ensure projects are deliverable, scalable and construction-ready.
