Job summary

Elity Global is seeking a Data Center Lead to command European Data Center Engineering, leading teams while remaining hands-on with colo builds, hardware deployments and capacity expansion. You will own physical infrastructure across racks, cabling, power and cooling and work closely with Network, Linux and Platform Engineering to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center teams across regions.
• Deep familiarity with server hardware, racks, cabling, networking, power and cooling.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Europe-wide Data Center Engineering team.
• Drive colo builds, migrations, capacity expansions, and hardware lifecycle programmes.
• Stay hands-on with deployments, troubleshooting and infra changes.
• Oversee racks, servers, cabling, power, cooling and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Network, Linux and Platform teams on production infra.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling and operational processes across sites.
• Coordinate vendors, colocation partners and global engineers.
