Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Corporate Communication Specialist to shape and execute communications across international markets. You will collaborate with the International Communications team and senior leaders to deliver integrated content and campaigns that strengthen our corporate reputation and engage employees across diverse regions.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in corporate communications, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in corporate communications, public relations, and/or media relations in a fast-paced organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging senior leaders and collaborating across teams and cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver integrated communications across internal and external channels for international markets.
• Develop clear, consistent content for corporate announcements, presentations, talking points, newsletters, and more.
• Partner with senior leaders to communicate with clarity and confidence.
• Lead regional town halls and employee engagement events, ensuring engaging editorial content.
• Measure and report on performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness; track budgets and timelines.
