Job summary

Alloga, part of Cencora, is seeking a CGT Solution Delivery Manager to lead design, development and operational delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy solutions across Europe. You will coordinate across in-country teams, external partners, and Cencora units to ensure successful CGT service delivery from design through ongoing operations.

The role requires strong CGT knowledge, senior project coordination, and pricing support, with close collaboration with commercial and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare logistics with exposure to advanced therapies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years in sales, account management, or business development
• Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics including cold chain and time-critical distribution
• Strong organisational and coordination skills across countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Support CGT service proposition design for pan-European clients
• Create solution blueprints, service descriptions and operational models for CGT logistics
• Coordinate with in-country teams on readiness, regulatory and feasibility for CGT delivery
• Assist in pricing for CGT solutions
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support CGT delivery across Europe
• Manage third-party partnerships ensuring contractual alignment
• Collaborate with other units to leverage CGT expertise
• Assist in negotiating partnerships and SLAs with external providers
• Support onboarding of new CGT clients
• Develop CGT implementation playbooks and SOPs
• Support Business Development in client meetings and workshops
• Prepare materials for governance and reviews
• Contribute to market intelligence on CGT trends and regulation
