Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CGT Solution Delivery Manager to support the design, development, and delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy services across Europe. You will coordinate with in-country teams, external partners, and various business units to ensure end-to-end CGT solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare logistics
• 4+ years in sales, account management, or business development
• Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CGT service propositions for pan-European clients
• Create solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models for CGT logistics
• Coordinate with in-country teams on regulatory and operational feasibility
• Support pricing for CGT solutions offered to clients
• Act as a coordination point between operations, quality, and external partners
• Identify and manage third-party partnerships across geographies
• Collaborate with adjacent units to leverage CGT capabilities
• Negotiate partnership terms and SLAs with external providers
• Assist onboarding of new CGT clients
• Develop CGT implementation playbooks and SOPs
• Support Business Development in client-facing meetings and workshops
• Prepare governance materials and performance reviews
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in CGT
