Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in sales, account management, business development, or related field.
• Understanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics, cold chain, and time-critical distribution.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Dutch a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of CGT service propositions for pan-European clients.
• Assist in the creation of solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models for CGT logistics.
• Coordinate with in-country teams to assess readiness, regulatory requirements, and feasibility.
• Support pricing for CGT solutions offered to clients.
• Act as coordination point between in-country operations, quality/compliance, and external partners.
• Assist in negotiating partnership terms and SLAs with external CGT providers.
• Collaborate with adjacent business units to leverage CGT infrastructure and expertise.
• Assist onboarding of new CGT clients and maintain implementation playbooks and SOPs.
• Support Business Development in client meetings, presentations, and governance materials.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in the European CGT landscape.
