Job summary

Altana, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a high-impact business development leader to drive growth across EU customs and trade. You will build trusted relationships with senior officials, translate strategy into a concrete plan, and expand Altana’s presence with government and industry partners.

You will develop a regional pipeline, pursue large government opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to demonstrate Altana’s value in transforming trade processes across

Qualifications

Experience selling to public sector with track record of opening markets and shaping large, strategic deals.
Strong network with European government or EU institutions is a plus.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across teams.

Responsibilities

Own growth strategy for EU customs and trade, translating it into a concrete plan and target accounts across EU members and institutions.
Shape opportunities by communicating Altana’s value to government and industry stakeholders.
Develop relationships from operational to strategic levels across customs and security bodies and partners.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to surface use cases early.
Run discovery and help define how Altana operates in Europe with a credible early-win path.
