OTTO Health Care supports your career path in Envida Maastricht, with a 4-month Dutch language and culture program and housing arranged from day one.

You will join a warm team delivering nursing care to clients with somatic conditions or dementia, with training, onboarding, and ongoing development as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (level 4, 5 or 6) required.
• Experience with somatic care and/or dementia is a plus.
• Strong communication and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Join our program and take the first step toward working in the Netherlands with OTTO Health Care. We offer a free Dutch language and culture program to help you feel confident and prepared. This 4-month training takes place at our OTTO Health Care Academy in the Netherlands, so you will already be immersed in your new environment from day one.

Your new employer

As a nurse at Envida, you are the key figure in the care process. You work in a warm and supportive team and provide care to clients with somatic conditions or dementia.

Your tasks

• Personal care: Assisting with ADL (washing, dressing, eating).
• Medication management: Administering and checking medication.
• Nursing procedures: Wound care, catheter care, injections.
• Observation & reporting: Identifying changes in health and wellbeing.
• Care coordination: Communicating with doctors, therapists, and informal caregivers.
• Preparing & evaluating care plans: Clinical reasoning and decision-making in complex situations.
  

What does your day look like?

• Start: Reading handover documents, reviewing the daily schedule.
• Morning: Personal care, medication, nursing procedures.
• Afternoon: Guidance, activities, family contact, updating care plans.
• End of shift: Reporting and handover to the next team.

What do we ask from you?

• Nursing diploma (level 4, 5, or 6).

What do we offer?

• Salary according to CAO VVT:
  Starting in FWG 35 (€3.294,84), and after BIG registration growing to FWG 45 (€3.294.94 – €4.102.26).
