Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated IT Asset Management Intern to help manage IT equipment and services within the EU region. You will assist with lifecycle activities for laptops, mobiles, tablets, and accessories, ensuring assets are tracked, compliant, and up-to-date.

You’ll collaborate with IT support, HR, Logistics, Procurement and international IT teams (including the US). The role is based in Amsterdam and offers hands-on experience in IT operations and asset management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an IT-related degree (MBO/HBO/WO).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT asset management for end users in the EU region.
• Maintain accurate registrations of laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and accessories.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding by preparing, receiving, and returning IT equipment.
• Assist with ordering, imaging, packaging and shipping of laptops.
• Help manage and track mobile devices and subscriptions.
• Send reminders and follow up with employees regarding returns or missing information.
• Document asset management processes and contribute to compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries.
• Participate in alignment meetings with the IT team in the US.
