Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working with structured data, trackers, and presentations.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Curious mindset with interest in PMO, operations, or strategy.
• Studying Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate strategic projects across the European organization.
• Maintain and improve PMO tools (e.g., Jira boards, trackers, action logs).
• Support meeting hygiene: agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Ensure actions, dependencies, and risks are clearly captured and progressed.
• Observe and document recurring PMO activities to identify automation opportunities.
• Prototype automation/AI-assisted use cases within the existing tool ecosystem.
